What Happens to Your Hard Hats?
Once collected by our logistics partners (Royal Mail or Parcelforce), your hard hats are delivered to our recycling centre, where the real work begins:

The contents of each box are checked and linked to your organisation using a unique barcode system.

Each hat is manually dismantled, with components separated and sorted by polymer type and colour.

The plastic is then granulated, filtered, and transformed into clean polymer pellets, ready to be reused in UK manufacturing.
While the recycled material doesn’t currently go back into new hard hats, we’re actively working with manufacturing partners and expect to launch a fully circular solution in 2025.
